We are incredibly proud to launch "Lister's Legacy," an original song created, performed, and recorded by students from Ryburn Valley High School and The Brooksbank School. The song was launched today, on what would have been Anne Lister’s 234th birthday, in memory of this remarkable local woman and to raise money for the Malala Fund.
Our Ofsted report is out!
Our school is a very special place to learn and grow. We are so pleased that Ofsted are just as impressed as we are with our wonderful students and staff. We couldn’t be prouder.
Ryburn continues to be classed as a GOOD school by Ofsted inspectors. The report will be officially released next week, but we have it here for parents to see ahead of time.

Nationally, there is a recent trend of students creating fake accounts for their schools, and posting inappropriate content about their schools, teachers or peers. Before this trend has any opportunity to gain traction at Ryburn, we wish to make parents and students aware that we take this type of activity very seriously.
